This website introduces ReceFin, a brand owned by Territory Cybernetics Pty Ltd. These terms relate to using this website and making general enquiries. They do not replace a separate signed service agreement.
Pre-launch status and service availability
ReceFin is in pre-launch. The NT commercial agent licence application is being prepared; no licence has been issued. Licence details will be published once issued. Any activity requiring a licence will only begin once the relevant authorisations are in place.
Proposed services remain subject to suitability, applicable laws, required authorisations, capacity and written agreement. Cross-border recovery and a client portal are future-facing plans, not currently available services.
No appointment or guarantee
Using this website, completing the email-draft form or sending an enquiry does not appoint ReceFin as an agent, commence recovery activity or create an obligation to accept a matter. Fees, scope, authority and responsibilities must be agreed separately before any service begins.
ReceFin does not promise recovery of any debt, a particular timeframe, legal enforceability, a fixed recovery rate or a specific financial result.
